Senior Project Manager/Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage site progress and timely delivery of project
  • Manage cost control and project quality compliance
  • Work closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure conformity to design specifications
  • Liaise with clients and managing contractors/consultants
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements
  • Ensure that Work Safety and Health practices are duly carried out
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Building recognized by PE Board in Singapore
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction industry
  • Preferably those with experience in HDB Projects
  • Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (CSCPM)
  • Certificate in Construction Productivity Management (CCPM)
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
  • Good track record of projects completion

Senior Site Manager/Site Manager

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire site process including site planning, supervision, control and coordination
  • Manage all project operational and administration procedures
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors' work and progress
  • Liaise with Client and Consultants to ensure timely construction progress
  • Ensure that Work Safety and Health practices are complied with
  • Ensure that project activities complied with the Company's ISO system
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Building recognized by PE Board in Singapore
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction industry
  • Preferably those with experience in HDB Projects
  • Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (CSCPM)
  • Certificate in Construction Productivity Management (CCPM)
  • Good track record of projects completion

Site Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the supervision of Construction works ensuring that all works are performed in accordance with the project specifications
  • Planning of Weekly and Daily work schedules, managing and resolving site issues
Requirements
  • Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering/Building/NCCS or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years local site experience playing supervisory role in Construction of Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects
  • Ability to understand and interpret Civil & Structural drawings, details

Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities
  • Handling the Accounts Receivable function.
  • In charge of billing and receipting.
  • Follow up on outstanding debts.
  • Processing of payments.
  • General administrative duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of accounts receivable experience is preferred.
  • Possess knowledge in Microsoft office such as words and excel.
  • Contract position may be converted to full time position.
